Shipping methods and time

We do our best to send every order as quickly as possible. Normally, we do this on the same or the next working day, no later than within 7 working days.

We send your packages using the services of well-tested European delivery companies.

When placing your order, choose the preferred shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with the number of your parcel and a link to track your delivery.

The shipping time depends on the country of destination and the selected shipping method. Normally, shipping takes 2 to 5 working days.

How can you pay for your order?

To make your shopping experience smooth and comfortable, we accept several payment methods:

bank transfer

Choose your preferred payment method when placing your order. If you decide to make a traditional bank transfer, we will send you our bank account number in the confirmation email. The order will be completed once the payment is credited to our account.

Note!

All the parcels are sent in carefully prepared packaging, secured with our branded packing tape. If you notice any damage or third-party intervention on the parcel, you may refuse to accept the delivery and draw up a special delivery refusal document in the presence of the courier/postal worker. Please let us know about it immediately. We will solve the problem as soon as possible so that your new scrubs can reach you in no time.
